"Our latest milestone at Klimat X is the formal ground breaking in Suriname of our partnership with the national government to protect and restore mangroves and launch sustainable agroforestry operations, modelled on our work in Guyana. We have spent a year surveying the coastline and identifying opportunities to reduce methane emissions from degraded mangroves and working out how to restore the biodiversity of this critical ecosystem. We have identified over 30,000 hectares of initial project area. Nature Based Solutions like this one, funded through carbon finance, also provide greater protection from sea level rise and storm events. June has been a really important month for the company. We passed the milestone we set to complete just under a year ago, our first pre-purchase with a large corporation. This validates our whole approach to carbon markets and it's an incredible collective achievement for our entire team and community. We are so grateful to those that continue to support us and we look forward to the busy summer planting season.

April proved to be a month of forward trajectory for Klimat X. On April 23, we announced a binding co-operation agreement with the government of Suriname to develop our mangrove and agroforestry projects, reflecting the market value of our project pipeline.
